Communications, Monitoring and Evaluation Program Manager
Dinara joined IYF in July 2018 as a Program Manager. Dinara came to IYF with about three years of experience in higher education sector. Previously, she served as the head of the Department for Strategic, Innovative and International Development at Atyrau State University, Kazakhstan, and co-authored university development strategy. Before moving to Atyrau in 2016, Dinara was the senior specialist at the Department for postgraduate education at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Nur-Sultan, where she coordinated the Visiting International Professors program. Dinara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Law from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Nur-Sultan. She also received her two master’s degrees in International Law from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Nur-Sultan and People’s friendship university of Russia, Moscow, and her PhD degree in International Trade and European Union law from T.C. Istanbul Commerce University, Turkey.
